UK DELIVERY  

We aim to deliver within 1-5 working days (although this may be subject to change). You can order to your work place, just add this address as the Delivery Address when at the checkout, although we cannot be responsible should your delivery go missing from your work premises. Deliveries are made using Royal Mail, we use this service to help keep our Carbon Footprint as low as possible, with deliveries sent direct from our printer. Delivery is the responsibility of the trusted print shop we use. 


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International delivery costs £10 for the first product and then an extra £8 for every other product shipped with it. Delivery times may vary dependent upon country being delivered to, however we aim to have your delivery with you within 7-10 working days (this will vary dependent upon country). RETURNS POLICY

If you have any problems with our products, and require an exchange or refund, please read the following guidelines. The order must be returned in exactly the same condition it was received in. We offer a 7 day (7 days from date of receiving product) exchange/refund policy. If you exceed the 7 days you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange. We will refund the price you purchased your item at.


In order to exchange or return an item please email us at [email protected] or use the contact form provided on our website.  

Within this email please enclose the following details. 

- Your order details (order number and product name) 

- The full name you ordered under 

- Email address used with order 

- Your address 

- Details of product you wish to exchange with, or refund 

- Reason for returning item


Once we have received the returned product, if applicable we will either refund you, or will aim to send out a replacement product within 10 working days. Although this may vary dependent upon stock levels of your desired exchange (therefore it is possible for this period to be longer). If we will -

-not be stocking an item you wish to exchange for and we have sold out of this item, we will issue a refund. 

- If the product upon inspection does not meet our guidelines, and is in what we deem to be an unsuitable condition, you will not receive a refund or exchange and the product will be returned to you. 

- It is your responsibility to pay for postage on a product to be returned. 

- If sending a return product, we recommend you gain proof of postage. 

- The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. So please ensure the products are packed correctly and cannot get damaged. 

- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. 

- If we do not receive your item we cannot refund or exchange it.

- If a refund is issued we will refund you the cost of the garment only, we will not refund delivery costs. 

- It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address, should you provide an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve this. Should you not receive your items as a result of this we are not obliged to re-send your order at our expense. 

- If a product is returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal to accept the delivery by our delivery service (Royal Mail), it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the re-sending of the product.
